基于小波分析的母线暂态行波保护新原理的探讨

摘要:
电流互感器馆和是造成传统母线保护不正确动作的主要原因。根据母线故障后所产生的暂态电流行波不受电流互感器馆和影响的特点,提出了一种基于行波和小波的母线保护新原理,它通过比较母线上各回进出线初始暂态电流行波的幅值和极性,判定故障是否发生在被保护母线上;同时利用小波变换模极大值构成保护算法。EMTP仿真试验证明了所提出的保护原理和算法的正确性。

Abstract:
The main reason of maloperation on traditional protective relaying for bus is CT's saturation.According to the feature that the fault transient current traveling waves is not influenced by CT's saturation,a new principle of bus protection based on traveling waves and wavelet transforms is presented.The new relay algorithm is based on the module maximums of wavelet transform.Through comparing the amplitude and polarity of the module maximums of transient current traveling waves on all lines of the protected bus,whether the fault happens on it is decided.EMTP simulations have proven the correctness of the principle and algorithm.
