机组水汽化学过程SCADA系统

摘要:
介绍了一种应用于热力系统水汽品质控制的SCADA系统,它采用了仿人工智能PID控制算法。这种算法可以避免加药系统反馈滞后的振荡缺陷;系统运用了Client/Server应用程序间DDE,WinSock通信技术,实现了对FLX报表模块的改造和网络信息共享。实践证明此SCADA系统不仅具有实时性强、稳定可靠的特点,而且能够满足灵活多样的现场实际要求。是亚临界汽包锅炉防腐、防垢的有效措施,减少发电机组煤耗,提高汽轮机热效率的可靠方法。

Abstract:
A SCADA system for the water and steam quality control of the thermal system in power plants is introduced,which adopts the PID (Proportion Integration Differential) control algorithm with human intelligence simulation.The algorithm applied can avoid the defect of chemical feeding system vibration caused by the delayed feedback.The SCADA system uses the communication technology of DDE and Winsock between Client/Server application programs,realizing the reform of FIX log module and net information sharing.
