火电厂厂级生产监控信息系统的实现

摘要:
提出了基于INFI90,面向厂级生产管理的监控信息系统SIS(Supervisory Information System)的设计方案和实现方法。它是在环网上增加计算机接口单元,通过接口机、光纤和数据交换机将生产过程的实时数据引入历史数据平台。接口程序采用基于OPC通信协议的OPsCon,历史数据平台采用iHistorian,组态软件采用iFIX,实时和历史数据分析、电力设备状态监测及故障诊断,设备可靠性和寿命管理等辅助决策功能采用infoAgent。实践表明,SIS充分利用了现有分布式控制系统DCS(Distribution Control System)和管理信息系统MIS(Management Information System)资源,形成了DCS,SIS,MIS三位一体的综合自动化网络,实现了电力生产全过程的自动化。

Abstract:
The design and realization of a SIS(Supervisory Information System)based on INFI 90for plant-level manufacturing management for power plant is put forward in this paper.A Computer Interface Unit is added to I NFI net and the real-time data of manufacture process are retrieved to the historical data platform through interface PCs ,fibers and switches.OpsCon is used as the in-terface driver,iHistorian as the historical data platform and iFIX as the configuration software.In-foAgent is applied in assisant decision-making functions,such as real-time and historical data anay-sis,equipment status monitoring and malfunction diagnosis,equipment reliability and life manage-ment etc.Practice shows that SIS fully uses the resources of DCS(Distribu tion Con trol System)and MIS(Management Information System)and a synthetic automation system integrating DCS,SIS,and MIS together is thus formed to realize an overall automation of electric power production.
