| 从我国现有铁路监控系统中存在的问题出发，探讨了新一代数据采集与监视控制系统SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)智能监控系统中的用于过程控制的OLE，即OPC(OLE for Process Control)技术，并研究设计了OPC通信服务器，在解决现有监控系统的开放性方面做了一些探讨。 |

| According to the actual situations and the existing problems in current railway supervi-sory systems of China,the OPC(OLE for Process Control)technology used in intelligent monitoring system of SCADA(Supurvisory Control and Data Acuquisition)is discussed.A communication server based on OPC technology has been studied and designed,solving the openness problem of current systems. |
