| 安全稳定问题是电力系统最重要的问题，在竞争的电力市场中，各电力公司都是以追求利润最大化为目的，因此电力系统运行中所要考虑的安全稳定问题与传统的电力系统存在很大的区别。针对电力市场环境下的电网安全稳定问题，通过电网的安全稳定校核、阻塞调度管理、设备检修和辅助服务等几个方面进行了探讨。 |

| Security and reliability are the most important issues in electric power system.In a com-plete power market,pursuing maximum profits is the only aim of every electric power corpora tion.Therefore,the security and reliability of power system in power market environment is quite different from that in tradi tional power system.Discussion is carried out about powe r network se cu rity and reliability check,congestion dispatch management ,equipment maintenance,ancillary services,etc. |
