| 针对由普通继电器构成的备自投(BZT)系统在运行中存在的主要问题，结合白石窑水电厂的现场情况，提出以可编程逻辑控制器PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)为核心的备自投系统改造方案。重点介绍了系统的基本配置和软、硬件设计。实践证明，该系统具有可靠性高、成本低、易于安装和维护等优点。 |

| In view of the main problem existing in the operation of auto-changeover system made of general relay and according to the locale situation in Baishiyao hydropower plant ,the retrofit scheme with PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)as its kernel was put forward.The system con-figuration and the software and hardware design are introduced.The practice has proved that the system has high reliability,low cost and easy in installation and mainterance. |
