循环流化床锅炉磨损分析及对策

摘要:
循环流化床锅炉由于磨损问题经常造成停炉。介绍了循环流化床锅炉的易磨损部件,并从磨损机理出发分析了循环流化床锅炉受热面产生磨损的原因,循环流化床锅炉受热面及耐火材料因受到高浓度固体物料的不断冲刷而产生磨损,影响循环流化床锅炉受热面磨损的主要原因为烟气速度与受热面特性,提出循环流化床设计和运行时应采取的防磨损措施,结合实际,阐述了TG75/382-M循环流化床锅炉炉膛水冷壁,旋风分离器,过热器,省煤器,空气预热器所采取的防磨损措施,较好地解决了磨损严重的问题。

Abstract:
Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler(CFBB)is often shut down because of wear-down.The wearing parts of CFBB are introduced and the factors causing the abrsion of its heating surface are analyzed.The solid fuel abrades continuously the heating surface and refractory material with high strength.The main factors are flue gas speed and heating surface characteristic.Some antiabra-sion measures are proposed for the design and operation of CFBB.Combined with an engineering practice,the measures for water wall,turboseparator,superheater,economizer and air preheater of TG-75/3.82-M CFBB are introduced.
