| 许多电厂现有的企业管理模式已不适应竞争的要求，对一种新的企业管理方向即企业资源计划ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning)的基本原理和核心思想进行了阐述，指出了火电厂广泛应用的管理信息系统中存在的问题，如信息孤立，无分析综合功能和决策支持功能等，而这些问题可通过ERP的应用得到有效解决，对火电厂企业管理的ERP模式进行了分析，并给出了ERP模式下的功能模块划分，信息管理结构方案和信息处理方案。 |

| Abstract: |
| The current management mode of many power plants can not meet the requirements of com-petition.The fundamental principle and key ideas of a new orientation of enterprise management ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)are introduced.The existing disadvantages of MIS(Manage-ment Information System),which is widely used in power plants,are discussed,such as isolation of information,lack of analysis and decision support functions,and so on.They can be effectively overcome by the application of ERP.The ERP modes of enterprise management for thermal power plants are analyzed,and the function modules,structure scheme of information management and information processing scheme are given. |
