基于MAX125/126的电气设备在线检测数据采集单元设计

摘要:
电气设备在线检测中,常常需要对多路数据进行同步采集。MAXIM公司推出的高速,14位多通道同步采样A/D转换器找展了2个或多个波形之间精确相位的测量应用,这种特性十分适合电气设备在线检测系统中多路数据同步采集,给出了数据采集单元硬件和软件的具体设计,实际检验效果良好,且经济可行,实现方便。

Abstract:
Usually it is necessary to simultaneously sample several signals in the on-line monitoring of electrical equipment.The high speed,14bit,multi-channel simultaneous sampling A/D converter of MAXIM realizes the accurate phase measurement for several waves,which can be used in the on-line monitoring system of electrical equipment for multi-channel simultaneous data acquisition.Its HW and SW design is presented.The practical verification shows that its performance is excellent and its realization is easy and economic.
