基于电流分析基础上的输电设备利用份额问题

摘要:
针对目前输电设备利用份额单向分配方法的不足,建立了全网用户共同分担输电设备利用份额的新模式。根据潮流标注图上不存在有向回路的定理,基于电流追踪数学模型,利用图论方法进行计算。对不同电源之间或不同负荷之间及电源与负荷之间对同一支路的利用份额的差别,提出了发电机和负荷共同分摊输电设备利用份额的方法。这种改进后的算法减少甚至消除了电网用户间的相互补贴现象。通过对5节点系统进行仿真研究,验证了所提方法的有效性。所用算法不仅可用于输电设备利用份额的计算,也可用于网损分摊问题的计算,这表明该方法在输电定价的研究中有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:
Since the transmission facility sharing cost is currently allocated improperly to genera-tors or loads only,a new allocation mode of transmission facility sharing cost is proposed based on the rigorous mathematical model of electricity tracing.It is calculated by the efficient graphic theory and allocated to both generators and loads for eac h branch according to the sharing differences among them.Consequently,the compensation among them is decreased greatly and even eliminated.The simulation results of a5-bus system show that the proposed mode an d algorithms are effec-tive.The proposed mode can be applied not only to the sharing cost of transmission facilities but also to the network loss.
