论述了变电站电压无功控制系统存在的问题,以及电力系统自动化技术的发展对变电站电压无功控制系统提出的要求,详细介绍了一种符合系统需要的新型控制系统的硬件组成和主要软件的实现方案,提出了一种新的电压无功控制算法,仿真计算和模拟试验均证实了该设计方案的先进性和优越性。 |

Abstract: |
The problems exiting in the voltage and reactive power control system of substation and the new requirements of the development of power system automation for it are discussed.A new control system design is proposed,and the system components and main programming methods are introduced in detail.New voltage and reactive power control regulations are recommended.The simu-lative calculation and test show that this design is advanced and superior. |
