介绍了一种新型的基于全球定位系统GPS(Global Positioning System)的时间同步装置,论述了该装置各单元的工作原理和特点,提出了应用精确倍频,高性能恒温晶振OCXO(Over Controlled Crystals Oscillator)及误差实时补偿使装置具有高精度和高可靠性的方法,给出了在GPS信号失效情况下仍保持较长时间高精度输出的对策,该时间同步装置为实现电力系统精确可靠的状态实时监测提供了重要依据,还适用于各种高精度的同步采样系统等工业应用场合。 |

Abstract: |
A new time synchronous device based on GPS(Global Positioning System)is introduced.Its principle and characteristics are discussed.By using accurate frequency multiplication,OCXO(Oven Con trolled Crystals Oscillator),and real-time error compensation,this time synchronous device has high accuracy and high reliability.It maintains the high accuracy output pulses when GPS is out of work and provides the powerful foundation for the accurate and reliable real-time state monitoring in power system and all high accuracy synchronous sampling systems. |
