Abstract: |
The principles and advantages of optical voltage and current transducer are introduced,and the interfacing and communication between the transducer and the substation automation system are explained,including both digital and analog interfaces.The digital interface is emphasized with the complete digital communication protocols.The structure of substation automation system with op-tical transducers is given and its influences on the automation system are analyzed.Several aspects concerning the application of optical transducers in substation automation system are discussed. |
