高压电网的断路器失灵保护

摘要:
分析了失灵保护在实际运行中存在的如保护动作启动失灵保护的继电器不能快速返回、电压闭锁不然可靠开放及电流判别无件灵敏度不足等一些问题,阐述了“保护动作”和断路器“有流”的“与”逻辑解除电压闭锁方案的可行性和通用性,提出了失灵电流判别元件的定值及逻辑应采用“无流鉴别”元件的原则。还就相关问题提出了改进的措施和建议。

Abstract:
Some problems of the failure protection in site operation are analyzed,such as quick return failure of the relay for starting the failure protection,unreliable release of voltage-blocking,inadequate sensitivity of current judgement element ,etc.The countermeasures and suggestions are given.The feasibility and universality of the voltage blocking release approach is explained,which uses the AND logic of protection active and breaker current existence.It is proposed that the no-current criterion should be applied to the setting and logic of failure current judgement element.
