| 远动终端RTU(Remote Terminal Units)要完成电力系统数据的采集、处理、控制、通信等多种功能。介绍的RTU仿真教学软件运用Delphi的可视化编程技术，模拟了基于DL451—91循环式远动规约RTU各功能模块的工作过程和运行结果。该软件采用面向数据、模块化结构的方式，以利于程序的编制、调试、维护和扩充。该软件对电力系统运动技术的教学培训有积极意义。 |

| The functions of RTU(Remote Terminal Units)are data acquisition,data processi ng,data control and data communication.A teaching-software of RTU simulation is introduced,which applies Delphi visual programming technique and simulates the working procedure and operating results of RTU modules based on DL451-9 1cyclic tele-control protocols.It is data-oriented with modularized structur e and easy in the programming,debugging,maintaining and extending.The soft-w are is helpful to tele-control technology teaching. |
