| 可扩展标志语言XML(eXtensible Markup Language)是一种与平台无关的结构化数据模型，用于解决异构平台之间的无缝连接和互操作性。研究了XML在电力市场中的应用方向，提出XML作为一种透明的元数据交换媒介，利于实现电力市场技术支持系统之间的兼容性；描述了基于XML和HTTP协议的即时信息系统SIS(Same-time Infomation System)Web服务技术；还介绍了XML语音协议(VoiceXML)和矢量图形协议SVG(Scalabe Vector Graphic)给系统带来更加灵活的可嵌入性和可扩展性。最后，关注了新的电力XML标准的制定和网络安全问题，指出基于XML的数据平台将成为电力市场技术支持系统的基本平台。 |

| Abstract: |
| XML (eXtensible Markup Language)is a platform-free structural data model,which is used to implement the seamless connection and inter-operation among heterogeneous systems.The appli-cation of XML in power market is studied and it is pointed out that XML being a transparent meta-data can address the compatibility of technique support systems of power market.The Web Services of SIS(Same-time Information System)based on XML and HTTP protocols is described.The VoiceXML and SVG(Scalable Vector Graphic)are introduced,which bring more flexible em-beddability and extensibility to system.New power system XML standards and network security are focused on and the conclusion is made that the XML-based data platform will become the basic platform of technique support systems in power market. |
