| 提出基于企业资产管理EAM(Enterprise Asset Management)的管理理念，通过分析传统火电厂企业设备管理存在的不足(管理方法陈旧、设备履历及维修体制不完善)，说明EAM系统在现代火电厂设备管理中体现在技术和经济方面的优势。同时，从管理思想、系统功能结构、模块功能三个方面分析了火电厂企业如何实施EAM。EAM信息能协助管理者作出正确的决策或作为优化的依据，指导管理工作。 |

| The concept of EAM(Enterprise Asset Management)is introduced,and the shortcomings of traditional equipment management in power plant are analyzed,such as old management method,incomplete equipment records,imperfect maintenance mechanism and so on.The superiority of EAM system in modern power plant is represented in both technology and economy.The implementation of EAM in power plant is analyzed from management rules,system structure and function modules.The EAM information can help managers to make correct decision and to optimize management work. |
