基于OPC的虚拟DCS对象调试软件开发

摘要:
开发了一种基于过程控制的链接和嵌入OPC(OLE for Process Control)技术的面向对象调试软件.实现对虚拟集散控制系统DCS(Distributed Contmls System)的网络化实时在线交互调试。介绍了面向对象调试软件的设计思想,采用虚拟分散处理单元DPU(Distributed Process Unit)程序作为过程控制系统仿真的核心。在软件设计中把OPC服务器嵌入虚拟DCS,直接从DPU中获得对象数据。基于多线程模型的OPC服务器采用Mierosof Visual C 开发,并描述了其主要实现过程。介绍了调试软件的设计与实现,并给出了部分程序代码。

Abstract:
An object-oriented debugging software based on OPC(OLE for Process Control)techno-logy is developed,which realizes the real-time on-line interactive debugging for virtual DCS(Dis-tributed Control System).Its design idea is introduced,with the virtual DPU(Distributed Process Unit)program as the core of the processing control system simulation.In software design,the OPC server is embedded into virtual DCS to obtain the object data from the virtual DPU directly.The OPC server is developed with Microsoft Visual C++based on multithreading model,and its main implementation processes are described.The design and implementation of the debugging software are introduced and partial codes are provided.
