基于嵌入式系统的故障录波器设计

摘要:
针对目前故障录波器硬件配置重复、结构设计不合理、系统容量小、功能单一、易死机等问题.提出了一种基于嵌入式PC/104工控板和嵌入式操作系统的故障录波装置设计方案。装置采用多CPU并行工作方式和分布式结构.主要由数据采集系统、数据管理系统和远方数据分析系统三部分组成。阐述了各部分构造.并给出了相应的软件设计方案。采用面向对象和模块化设计进行编程.保证了系统功能的易扩展性和可维护性。

Abstract:
A design of fault recorder based on embedded PC / 104and embedded operating system is presented to overcome the shortages of existing fault recorders ,such as repetitive hardware configuration ,unreasonable structure design ,small capacity ,single function ,frequent system failure and so on.The system adopts parallel working mode with multiple CPUs and distributed structure ,consisting of data acquisition system ,data management system and remote data analysis system.The configuration of each part is introduced and the corresponding software design is provided.The object - oriented programming and modular design are applied ,which makes the system functions easy to expand and maintain.
