大型变压器油中溶解气体在线监测技术进展

摘要:
介绍了近年来国内外大型变压器油中溶解气体在线监测技术的最新进展。结合在线监测原理.描述了其监测过程。重点阐述了油气分离技术和气体分离与检测技术的发展.讨论了各种方法的技术特点和应用前景。通过对多种油气分离方法的性能比较,认为高分子透气膜法最适合变压器油中溶解气体在线监测。概括了多种基于油中溶解气体分析DGA(Dissolved Gas Analysis)技术的变压器故障诊断方法.并指出在线监测数据和离线监测数据获得的条件不同,两种数据存在差异,其处理方式也应该有所不同。

Abstract:
The latest technical developments all over the world of on-line monitoring of dissolved gas in transformer oil are introduced. Combined with on-line monitoring principle, its monitoring processes are described. The gas-oil separation technique and the gas separation and detection technique are emphasized. The technical features and application prospets of different methods are discussed. Performance comparison of several gas-oil separation methods shows that the polymer gas separation membrane method is the fittest one for on-line monitoring of dissolved gas in transformer oil. Some transformer fault diagnosis methods based on DGA(Dissolved Gas Analysis) are reviewed. Since the data acquisition conditions of on-line monitoring and off-line monitoring are different, the corresponding processing methods are different.
