摘要:
提出利用解析小波变换方法检测异步电动机转子断条故障。解析小波变换是将小波分析与Hilbert变换相结合,可以正确区分异步电动机负荷波动与转子断条故障。该方法可以准确判定负荷突变发生时刻,提高了异步电动机转子断条故障检测的可靠性及准确性。数值仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:
A new method based on analytic signal wavelet transform is proposed to detect rotor bar break of asynchronous motor. Combined Hilbert transform with wavelet transform,the analytic wavelet transform method can correctly determine whether load fluctuation or rotor bar break fault happens. It can determine exactly the occurrence time of sudden load change,which improves the reliability and accuracy of rotor bar break fault detection for squirrel cage asynchronous motor. Results of numerical simulation show that the new method is valid and effective.
