广东电网AGC运行需求与控制模式探讨

摘要:
在广东电网规模日益扩大,与外部电网联系更加紧密,电网调峰、调频更艰难的情况下,研究大区域互联系统自动发电控制AGC(AutomaticGenerationControl)策略与技术,提高电网频率质量已是重要研究课题。结合广东电网的AGC系统运行需求进行了分析,介绍了AGC控制基本原理、过程和控制类型。详细讨论了广东电网恒定频率控制FFC(FlatFrequencyControl)、恒定联络线交换功率控制FTC(FlatTie鄄lineControl)、联络线和频率偏差控制TBC(Tie鄄lineload&frequencyBiasControl)三种控制模式,对可能存在的问题作了分析。

Abstract:
Along with the development of Guangdong power grid and the closer connection with other power grids,frequency regulation becomes more and more difficult. It is important to study AGC(Automatic Generation Control) strategy and technique for improving frequency quality. The AGC system operation demand of Guangdong power grid is analyzed. The principle,process and control types of AGC are introduced. Three different control modes of AGC operation are discussed,including FFC(Flat Frequency Control),FTC(Flat Tie - line Control) and TBC(Tie - line load & frequency Bias Control). Some possible problems are analyzed.
