电能质量问题的研究和技术进展(五)--电能质量监测与数据管理

摘要:
首先提出电能质量监测PQM(Power Quality Monitoring)的硬件环境,然后介绍PQM的基本要求和测量数据的评估方式。考虑到PQM的数据特点,建议采用主、从数据文件多级管理,目录检索数据库调用,积木式动态报表组合的PQM数据管理模式。所建议方法已用于若干地区电网的PQM管理,被证明是简捷、有效的。

Abstract:
The hardware environment for PQM ( Power Quality Monitoring ) is presented.The primary requirements for PQM and the assessment approaches of measurement data are discussed.Taking account of PQM data characteristics ,a management pattern is suggested ,which applies multi-level management of PQM master-slave files ,dispatch of list querying database and combination of form-work-based dynamic reports.The pattern is used in several area networks for the management of PQM ,where it is proved convenient and effective.
