电能质量问题的研究和技术进展(六)--电能质量控制技术进展

摘要:
首先,提出电能质量的一般控制途径,列出了谐波、电压波动与闪变、三相不平衡与电压凹陷的通常控制方法,对比了各种控制装置的性能、优缺点与应用进展。然后,介绍了定制电力技术的概念和实现方法。分析了电能质量控制中心QCC(Quality Control Center)的组成和运行模式。指出电能质量控制应有相应的法规协调。

Abstract:
The common control approaches for power quality is presented and the control methods for harmonic,voltage fluctuation and flicker,three phase unbalance and sags are listed.Based this,a comparison among the performances,advantages and disadvantages of the proposed control tech - nologies is given.After the concept and implementation of customized power technology is descri - bed,the components and operating patterns of QCC(Quality Control Center)are forecast.It is necessary to establish concerned regulations to attune customers with utilities to control power quality.
