基于第二代小波变换的电力系统故障录波数据压缩方法

摘要:
随着对故障过程监测水平要求的逐步提高,急剧增大的故障录波数据量给数据传输和存储带来了很大的困难,因此必须对其做压缩处理。在论述传统小波分解理论和第二代小波方法的基础上,提出了一种基于整数小波变换的无损压缩方法。该方法能够对电力暂态信号数据进行完全可逆的多尺度整数小波分解,并将各尺度上的小波系数进行Huffman编码,从而实现无损压缩。仿真实验结果表明:该方法应用于故障录波数据无损压缩可实现较高的压缩比。

Abstract:
Along with the elevation of fault process monitoring level ,the fault recording signals in-crease rapidly bringing troubles to data transmission and storage.A new method of lossless data compression based on integer wavelet transform is proposed.The wavelet theory and the second-generation wavelet algorithm are introduced.The proposed method can compress data without loss through reversible integer wavelet decomposition on multi-scale ,and encode the wavelet coefficient for each scale with Huffman Coding.Results of a simulative experiment indicate that this method has a higher compression radio.
