| The driving and protecting circuit for IGBTs is essential to its reliable operation. After studying the characteristics of IGBTs and based on 2SD315 chip of CONCEPT,a driving and protecting circuit for IGBTs with high integration,high reliability and high efficiency is designed,which is mainly used in 3-level inverters. |
