用于三电平逆变器中的IGBT驱动保护电路设计

摘要:
IGBT驱动保护电路是IGBT高性能可靠工作的基础。所提出的驱动及保护电路主要应用于三电平逆变器中,在研究IGBT各种相关特性的前提下,基于CONCEPT公司的2SD315模块,设计一套具有高集成度、高可靠性、高效率等特点的IGBT驱动及保护电路。

Abstract:
The driving and protecting circuit for IGBTs is essential to its reliable operation. After studying the characteristics of IGBTs and based on 2SD315 chip of CONCEPT,a driving and protecting circuit for IGBTs with high integration,high reliability and high efficiency is designed,which is mainly used in 3-level inverters.
