继电保护与故障信息管理系统的结构、功能及其实现

摘要:
对建设继电保护与故障信息管理系统的必要性与可行性进行简要说明。以SuperPFIMS-2000系统为例,论述了系统的结构和主要应用功能,专门分析了系统数据源和系统采集保护与故障信息时应采取的通信方式,同时还对系统建设中应着重考虑的问题及与调度自动化系统的区别进行了论述。

Abstract:
The necessity and feasibility of constructing the PFIMS(Protective relays and Fault-Re-cording Information Management System) are briefly introduced and the system architecture and main application functions are described with SuperPFIMS-2000 as an example. System data sources,communication media and communication protocols are explained. Several aspects in constructing PFIMS are emphasized and the differences between PFIMS and SCADA / EMS are put forward.
