| 电力系统故障信息网的建立使调度中心得到越来越多的故障信息，如何有效地利用这些信息已成为一个重要课题。介绍了电网故障信息综合应用系统的研制，给出了软件的整体框架，说明了各组成模块的功能划分；介绍了基本工作流程，并对系统实现中的相关问题进行了阐述，包括保护装置的表示、保护动作分析的方法和利用动作分析结果进行故障诊断、故障信息管理功能的实现。 |

| Dispatch center is getting more and more fault information from the fault information network of power system,and it is important to effectively utilize the information. The development of fault information integrated application system is introduced. Its system structure, main functions and work-flow are demonstrated,and the key issues in the development are discussed,including the expression of relay devices, the relay performance analysis, the fault diagnosis and the fault in-formation management . |
