电力主设备制造与运行监测新技术

摘要:
回顾了近几年来国内外发电机和变压器工业在设计制造和运行监测方面的最新技术,阐述了新材料、新技术和新工艺对发电机和变压器发展的影响。简要介绍了空冷发电机和新型高压发电机的特点.以及电机设计、冷却系统、绝缘材料、老化检测、电机保护、维护调度等方面的科研成果。同时,介绍了新型干式变压器和超导变压器的特性,以及变压器绝缘、运行保护、在线监测等方面的研究进展。

Abstract:
The up- to - date manufacture,operation and monitoring technologies of power generator and transformer are summarized. The influences of new material and new technology on their deve -lopments are set forth. The features of air-cooled generator and Powerformer are briefly introduced,with the research achievements in generator design,cooling system,insulation material,aging de-tection,protection and maintenance scheduling. The characteristics of novel Dryformer and HTST (High Temperature Superconducting Transformer) are also presented,accompanied with the progress in the dielectric materials,transformer protection and online monitoring.
