利用耦合电感改善EMI电源滤波器高频幅频特性的研究

摘要:
高频开关电源的传导性电磁干扰EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference)是电力电子装置应用的主要障碍之一,EMI电源滤波器能有效抑制其干扰传导。在高频状态下.EMI电源滤波器的电容器和电感器所带有的等效寄生参数会影响EMI高频性能,基于此提出了利用高频元器件的等效寄生参数间的互感耦合改善滤波器高频性能的措施,考虑了差模电感与电容器的寄生串联电感之间存在互感耦合以及2个串联支路的串联电感之间存在耦合电感2种情况。在分析带有寄生参数的差模等效电路的基础上,进行了仿真研究。结果表明,利用寄生参数的互感耦合使得EMI电源滤波器的高频性能有所改善。

Abstract:
Conductive EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference)suffered from high frequency switching powersupply is one of the main problems of electric devices,while the EMI filter can restrain the interference effectively. Because the equivalent parasitic parameters of the capacitance and inductance of the EMI filter may affect EMI performance under highfrequency conditions,the mutual inductance coupling between equivalent parasitic parameters of highfrequency apparatus is used to improve the highfrequency performance of the filter. Two conditions are considered:the mutual inductance coupling between the parasitic serial inductances of DM(Differential Mode) inductance and capacitance;the mutual inductance coupling between the serial inductances of two serial branches. The simulative study based on DM equivalent circuit analysis shows that,the mutual inductance coupling between equivalent parasitic parameters does improve the highfrequency performance of EMI filters.
