摘要: |
为加强全省电能质量的管理,需建立一个覆盖浙江省供电网的电能质量管理信息系统。该系统为分层分布式的管理系统.即变电站现场监测、地区局管理站点和省电能质量管理中心站3部分。介绍了浙江电能质量管理系统的整体设计构想、系统结构、功能和数据库结构以及系统的软件设计。系统采用PQDIF通用数据交换格式,使多数据源有良好的兼容性,实现了数据共享。 |

Abstract: |
A power quality management system covering Zhejiang power networks is necessary to strengthen its power quality management. The system is divided into three layers:substation terminal,local management station and provincial power quality data management central station. The overall design,system structure and functions,database structrues and software design are introduced. The general data interchange format PQDIF(Power Quality Data Interchange Format) is adopted,which makes multi source data better compatible to realize data sharing. |
