抽水蓄能机组在水泵运行时机组的功率振荡问题及仿真分析

摘要:
沙河抽水蓄能电站的2台机组在区外故障时功率大幅度摇摆,最后由低功率保护将这2台机组跳开。在对现场录波图定性分析的基础上,对电力系统中抽水蓄能机组在水泵运行状态下受到外界扰动后功率振荡的过程进行了仿真计算,仿真结果与实际录波曲线吻合。对一些预想事故下机组的动态特性的研究和分析表明:抽水蓄能机组在水泵运行工况时,功角稳定问题较为突出,对机组和电力系统都会形成较严重的冲击,需要采取措施以改善系统的稳定性。

Abstract:
In Shahe pumped-storage power plant,two generators appeared great power swing during external fault and finally were shed by lower-power protection. Combined with the qualitative analysis of fault recordings,the power oscillation course of pumped-storage units during disturbance at pumping mode is simulated and calculated. The simulative results are consistent with the recordings. The dynamic characteristics of units during some preset accidents are studied. Results show that,when pumped-storage unit works at pumping mode,the angle stability has serious effect on both generator and power system. Measures have to be taken to improve the system stability.
