配电线路故障的快速切除与隔离

摘要:
对城市10kV配电线路手拉手环网供电开环运行方式下配电终端设备选型提供了一种可持续发展的方案:由可电动操作的配电开关配置数传电台.根据故障电流和远方闭锁信号自我判断完成配电线路纵联保护快速切除故障与隔离。当设备出现异常状态时.可采取重合闸补救方式提高供电可靠性。

Abstract:
A sustainable development plan is presented for the model selection of power distribution terminal equipment,which is operating under open-loop operation mode of 10kV urban power distribution network. The electromotion distribution switch,equipped with digital radio transceiver,realizes the fast fault clearing and isolation of distribution line pilot protection by self-judgment according to the fault current and remote blocking signal. When equipment works abnormally,the re-closing operation can be used to increase the reliability of power supply.
