电力客户信用综合评价的研究

摘要:
电力市场中电力客户的用电行为分析是市场研究的一个关键内容.尤其是其在电费缴纳过程的行为。直接影响电力公司的正常运营。依据某电力公司客户的户务资料。参照电费管理人员的经验,对客户的缴费状况、偿还电费能力、资金变现能力、担保水平及经营环境等5个指标评分并计算其相关系数。然后应用主成分分析方法进行处理。计算2个主成分的得分并排序。建立综合函数作为最终的综合评判标准。确定其信用等级。最后。按照信用管理的要求。初步设计了电力客户信用行为分析与评估系统。

Abstract:
Credit analysis for power clients is important in electricity market research,especially in electricity charge reclaiming before due,which directly affects the operation of power facility. With client information from a power company,five indices,including status of electricity charge paying state,repaying ability,capital,collateral level and condition,are graded according to the manager's experiences,and their correlative coefficients calculated. The principal component analysis method is used to calculate two principal components,which are then sorted. A synthetical function is further established as a final criterion to decide the credit rank. A credit analysis and evaluation system of power clients is designed according to credit management requirements.
