锅炉风门挡板自动控制系统驱动电路的试验研究

摘要:
介绍了小型火力发电厂锅炉风门挡板传统控制系统的工作原理,分析了控制系统各单元常见的故障特点及故障对生产所造成的影响。针对这些问题,设计了一个适合现场使用的锅炉风门挡板自动控制系统驱动电路。对所设计的电路进行了试验研究,并将其成功应用于实际系统中。实践表明,该驱动电路性能稳定,动作可靠。

Abstract:
The working principle of traditional automatic control system for boiler damper in minitype power station is introduced and the features of faults frequently occurred in its different units and their influences on production are analyzed. A driving circuitry of boiler damper automatic control system suitable for field application is designed and tested,which is successfully applied to real control system. The practice shows that the circuitry is of stable and reliable performance.
