新型重合器对提高配电系统可靠性分析

摘要:
为提高配电馈线可靠性,对传统的液压重合器进行改进.介绍了一种电子控制式三重单相重合器。这种新型三重单相重合器包括三个单相重合器,采用电子控制方式.使其具有三种动作模式的功能。分析了重合器的动作模式以及在不同故障类型、故障持续时间、故障电流大小等情况下的动作顺序。给出了大量重合器动作的实验数据,通过计算系统平均停电频率和平均瞬时停电频率这两种可靠性指数对三种动作模式下的馈线可靠性进行了分析,结果证明能提高配电系统的可靠性。

Abstract:
Based on the traditional hydraulic recloser,an electronic recloser is introduced to improve distribution feeder reliability. It consists of three single-phase reclosers and possesses three operation modes. The operation modes are analyzed,as well as the operation sequences in different fault types,fault durations and fault currents. Lots of experimental data of recloser operation are presented. Reliability indices of SAIFI(System Average Interruption Frequency Index) and MAIFI(Momentary Average Interruption Frequency Index) in three operation modes are calculated to evaluate the feeder reliability. Results show that the triple single-phase recloser improves distribution system reliability.
