摘要: |
在自动配料系统中.对大重量闸门的执行机构的控制是非常重要的一个环节.采用高可靠性、高性能的可编程逻辑控制器PLC(Pmgrammabk Logic Contmller)可成功解决这一问题。根据大重量闸门执行机构的特点,设计了以PLC为核心部件的闸门定位自动控制系统,给出了控制系统的硬件结构。以模块化的方式设计了系统的程序软件,给出了计算过程及程序流程。该系统已成功应用到配料的自动化系统中,达到了设计要求。 |

In automatic feeding system,the control of heavy gate actuator is an important part.According to the characters of heavy gate actuator,an automatic control system applying PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) with high reliability and excellent performance as its core is designed.Its hardware is introduced.The system program adopts modularized design and its cal-culation process and flowchart are provided.The proposed system meets the design requirements of an automatic feeding system. |
