基于等效电路参数的异步电动机内部故障仿真

摘要:
推导了鼠笼转子导条断裂故障与参数变化之间的定量关系以及定子绕组匝间短路故障与参数变化之间的定量关系,提出了一种基于电动机等效电路参数的内部故障仿真方法。该方法物理概念清晰,与传统的电动机模型相兼容,可以方便地在常规电动机分析软件中实现。最后利用该方法在EMTDC/EMTP中的电动机模型上对电动机内部故障进行了仿真分析。

Abstract:
The quantitative relations between squirrel cage rotor broken-bar fault and parameter change and between stator winding turn-to-turn short fault and parameter change are established. An asynchronous motor interior fault simulation method is presented based on equivalent circuit parameters. This method is compatible with traditional motor model and can be easily realized in general simulation software. The fault simulation on an asynchronous motor model in EMTDC/EMTP is carried out and compared with the experimental data of a test motor.
