基于特征模型的冷却塔监控装置设计

摘要:
分析了火电厂冷却塔运行特点及存在的问题,重点介绍了一种智能型冷却塔运行管理监控装置,它基于建立在冷却塔出塔水温与湿球温度、冷却水流量、冷却塔进塔水温及冷却范围等之间关系的特征模型。将运行参数代入该模型,即可计算出冷却塔出口水温的理想值,通过与实际测量值比较,确定出冷却塔的运行工况。实际运行表明,该监控装置具有测量精度高、性能价格比高、能将冷却塔工作在最佳运行工况等优点。

Abstract:
Working characteristics and existing problems of cooling towers in power plants are analyzed.An intelligent cooling tower management monitoring device based on the characteristic model is emphasized,which expresses the relationship among the output temperature,the wet bulb temperature,the cooling water flux,the input temperature and the cooling region.With operating parameters introduced into the model,the ideal value of the output temperature could be calculated and the cooling tower work condition determined by comparing with the actual output temperature.The result of practical application shows that the monitoring device offers high precision and performance to set cooling tower in optimal work condition.
