| 企业集团在同时实施企业资源计划(ERP)和ISO9000时容易对两者的关系产生认识上的模糊。在介绍了ERP和ISO9000的主要区别和联系的基础上,探讨了两者在实际工作中相互交融的问题,认为虽然两者在所覆盖的范围、蕴涵的内容等方面存在不完全一致的地方,但两者关系的主流是相辅相成的,在流程管理和信息处理等方面可以相互融合。电力二次设备企业集团随着经营规模和范围的不断扩大,以及电力二次设备行业对产品质量的特殊要求,同时实施ERP和ISO9000是必然的趋势,处理好两者的关系对于提升企业管理水平、增强综合竞争力极其有益。 |

| Abstract: |
| It's easy to be confused while synchronously implementing ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan -ning) and ISO 9000 in enterprise groups. Based on the introduction of differences and contacts between ERP and ISO 9000,their sameness in practice is discussed. Although there is difference in the range and the content,they supplement each other and can be mutually fused in the flow management and the information disposal. Along with the development of the electric power enterprise groups of the secondary equipment industry and the especial demand to product quality,it's the inevitable trend to implement ERP and ISO 9000 at the same time. It's helpful for enhan-cing enterprise's management level and integrative competition to well handle their relationship. |
