交流采样测量装置检测与数据传输比对

变电站综合自动化交流采样测量装置可采用虚负荷法和实负荷法检测。采用虚负荷法对2004年某省500kV,220kV,110kV等多座变电站的50多回线路的交流采样测控装置进行了误差测试、计算及数据传输比对。测试后发现现场交流采样装置存在电测量超差、变差较大,数据不一致等问题,提出变电站综合自动化交流数字测量装置必须要有投运前的验收和运行中的常规检测。

Abstract:
Imaginary load method and real load method can be used to test AC sampling measurement device of integrated substation automation. The AC sampling measurement devices on over fifty lines of several 500 kV,220 kV or 110 kV substations are tested for error detection,calculation and data transfer comparison using imaginary load method. Results show that some measuring errors are out of range and some are unstable,and the local data and remote data are inconsistent. The device is suggested to be tested before putting into operation and the routine tests carried out during operation.
