PLC控制系统的干扰源分析及抑制干扰对策

可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制系统的可靠性直接影响到工业企业的安全生产和经济运行,而系统的抗干扰能力是整个系统可靠运行的关键。论述了PLC控制系统中的干扰源主要来自空间辐射、系统外引线、PLC系统内部3个方面,并分析了这些干扰在控制系统中的影响,提出了几种抗干扰的主要措施,即电源部分的拦截、采用合适的电缆以及电缆的正确敷设、完善而合理的接地系统以及软件解除干扰。

Abstract:
The reliability of PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) control system directly influences the safety and economy of industrial enterprises,while the anti-interference capability is the key to its reliable operation.Three kinds of interference sources are discussed:space radiance,down-lead from external system and internal interference,and their influences on the control system are analyzed.Some countermeasures are suggested:the lightning-proof isolation of electric power,appropriate cables and correct cabling,proper grounding system and saftware methods.
