在介绍固态断路器技术的发展及其在电力系统中的主要应用的基础上,总结了目前固态断路器的分类、特点、功能和结构。指出了固态断路器所使用的功率器件存在的均流、均压,通态功耗,动态过载与换流,故障电压、电流突变量实时检测,混合式断路器建模等问题是固态断路器研究与设计的技术难点,并针对这些问题提供了国内外固态断路器有关研究动态。 |

Abstract: |
By introducing the development of solid state circuit breaker and its applications in power system,its classification,characteristics,functions and structures are summarized. The key techniques in its research and design are pointed out:the current and voltage equalization of power devices,the on-state power loss,the dynamic overload and circuit commutation,the real-time detection of fault voltage and sudden current change,the modeling of hybrid circuit breaker,etc.,of which the study conditions abroad and home are introduced. |
