| 开发了一种继电保护柔性定值单管理系统,实现了整定计算和定值单管理的一体化和定值单流转的网络化、自动化控制,并解决了保护装置多样性和定值项不确定性的影响。介绍了系统的整体结构;详述了利用ActiveX技术和Excel格式电子表格设计三层式柔性定值单模版,实现定值单的内容和格式的自定义;阐述了利用工作流的基本思想对定值单的修改、审核、执行等一系列流转过程建模,实现其在多部门、多用户中的协调和网络化自动控制。 |

| Abstract: |
| A flexible-setting-list management system of relay protection is researched and developed,which integrates relay coordination and setting list management,realizes automatic control of setting list circulation on network,and avoids influences of both protective equipment variety and setting item uncertainty.The overall system structure is introduced,as well as the design of three-layer flexible setting list template based on ActiveX technology and Excel electronic table are described.The setting list content and format can be defined by user.With the basic concept of workflow,circulation processes of list modification,examination and execution are modeled to realize the coordination among different departments and users and the automatic control on network. |
