变电站监控系统事故总信号解决方案探讨

摘要:
随着变电站综合自动化系统的应用和无人、少人值班工作的开展,变电站事故总信号的解决方案直接关系到变电生产和调度的安全性和可靠性。分析比较了目前监控系统实现变电站事故总信号的3种方式,即保护动作信号启动方式、信号定义方式、不对应启动方式。针对其造成的误发事故总信号或给值班运行人员带来的操作安全隐患,提出了组态处理、硬件电路处理的解决方案。为适应新的生产、技术要求,进一步提出了实现测控装置自动识别断路器事故跳闸功能的建议和方案供探讨。

Abstract:
With the application of integrated automation system and the development of unmanned substation,the solution of substation general fault signal directly affects the security and reliability of electric power distribution and dispatch.The implementation modes of substation general fault signal in existing monitoring and control systems are analyzed:protection action startup,signal definition startup and variance startup.Because the missending or failure of general fault signal may induce the insecurity of manual operations,two solutions of configuration processing and hardware circuit processing are presented.The function of automatic breaker fault trip identification is suggested to be integrated into the measuring and control device to meet the new productive and technical requirements,with schemes provided.
