基于Simulink的直流调速系统仿真及参数优化

摘要:
以控制系统的传递函数为基础,使用Matlab的Simulink工具箱对直流调速系统进行了仿真研究。采用面向控制系统电气原理结构图的方法建立了系统模型,结合SimPowerSystems工具箱,对开环系统、单闭环电压负反馈调速系统、转速电流双闭环调速系统以及脉宽调制调速系统进行了仿真,并作出了分析和比较。仿真结果表明,反馈控制系统较开环系统具有明显的硬度,机械特性不易受干扰;双闭环系统比单闭环系统在快速性和稳定性方面都有所提高;脉宽调速系统在调速范围、稳定性方面有一定的优势。对常用的双闭环调速系统模型进行了改进,采用遗传算法工具寻求控制参数最优解。仿真结果显示,优化后的参数能够更有效地提高调速控制系统的性能指标。

Abstract:
Based on the transfer functions of control system,DC motor control systems are simulated and studied with Simulink tool box of Matlab.The system model is established in the form of control-system-oriented electric principle charts.With SimPowerSystems tool box,OLS(Open Loop System),SLS(Single Loop System),DLS(Double Loop System) and PWM(Pulse-Width Modulation) System are simulated and compared.The simulative result shows that,feedback control system has obvious advantage in mechanical features,DLS has better performance in rapidness and stability than SLS,and PWM system has advantages in governing range and stability.The DLS is improved in control parameter optimization using GA tool of Matlab.Simulation results show that the control system with optimized parameters has much better performance.
