| 摘要: |
| 利用全球移动通信(GSM)技术组成的接地线工作状态在线监测系统,应用数据采集的方法把接地线的各种状态信息编辑成短消息直接传送到调度中心的主控计算机.数据的传输方式主要采用短消息方式,系统中采用协议数据单元(PDU)编码模式,对短消息的PDU编码和解码进行深入的研究.在给出总体设计的基础上,设计了系统的硬件和软件.系统能将接地线的工作状态以图形或文字的形式显示在控制中心的主控计算机上. |

| Abstract: |
| A grounding line working condition monitoring system based on GSM(Global System of Mobile communication) wireless communication technology is introduced,which acquires the working conditions of grounding line,converts them into short message and transmits it to master computer of dispatch center.The data transmission adopts SMS(Short Message Service) and PDU(Protocol Data Unit) mode is used to transmit SMS.The PDU encoding and decoding of SMS are discussed and the system hardware and software is presented in overall design.The working conditions of grounding line can be graphically or literally displayed on master computer. |
