基于PLC、MCGS组态软件的高压电机试验系统

摘要:
介绍了基于可编程控制器PLC、MCGS组态软件的高压电动机智能试验系统的原理、组成和设计过程.试验系统由控制、测量、数据采集和组态等子系统组成.控制子系统由上位机(工业控制机)、下位机(PLC)和控制装置3部分构成.上位机采用了MCGS组态软件,应用了多线程COM组件等新技术;下位机采用PLC器件,用户可根据控制需要灵活组建模块,给出了负载试验时的软件流程图:上位机与下位机之间的通信采用PPI协议.高压电机试验系统利用低压实现了对10 kV高压电机的智能试验.

Abstract:
The basic principle,configuration and design procedure of smart high - voltage motor test system based on the PLC and MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System) configuration software is introduced,which consists of control subsystem,measuring subsystem,data acquisition subsystem and configuration subsystem. The control subsystem is composed of superordinate industrial computer,PLC and control equipment. The superordinate industrial computer adopts MCGS configuration software and multithreading COM modules. User can configure PLC modules flexibly according to control requirements. The flowchart of load experiment is given. PPI protocol is used for the communication between computer and PLC. The 10 kV high - voltage motor is tested by the designed system with low voltage.
