上层监控软件和下层硬件设备间的自由通信是变电站自动化系统中的一个重要问题.对OPC技术进行深入研究后,提出了基于OPC技术的上层监控软件和下层硬件设备融合的解决方案.OPC技术采用客户/服务器模型,建立了一套在软件开发商和硬件生产商之间需要遵守的规则.介绍了基于OPC技术的监控主站的设计方法,给出了监控主站的整体结构和实现框图.重点论述了OPC服务器的结构、实时数据的传输以及与现场设备的通信等关键技术,并给出了实现方法.建立了实验平台,测试了监控主站的实时数据传输,结果表明所采用的方法正确可行. |

Abstract: |
The free communication between the monitoring software at upper layer and the hardware equipment at lower layer is essential in substation automation system. A solution scheme based on OPC(OLE for Process Control) technology is proposed for it,which adopts client/server model and establishes a set of rules followed by both software developers and hardware manufacturers. The OPC -technology -based design of monitoring master station is introduced and its overall structure is proposed with block diagram. The OPC server framework,real -time data transmission and field device communication are discussed in detail with their implementation presented. The real -time data transmission is tested on experimental platform,which shows it is correct and feasible. |
