电力暂态信号数据采集与录波单元的研制

设计和开发了一种基于TMS320F2812数字信号处理器的电力暂态信号的高速数据采集与录波单元.该数据采集与录波单元通过高速数据采集可实时地测量三相电压、电流、功率、功率因数、谐波等基本电参数;也可实时监测电力系统状况,当系统发生故障时,能可靠地记录故障暂态波形.系统硬件主要由TMS320F2812数字信号处理器、复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)、AD采样保持器、通用串行总线USB2.0接口等组成,给出了硬件结构图;系统软件分为采集卡程序和主机的USB驱动程序,给出了软件流程图.说明了采集卡的主要功能.试验结果表明所设计的单元能满足电力系统高频暂态数据的采集与录波.

Abstract:
A high -speed data acquisition and recording unit based on singlechip TMS320F2812 is developed for power system transient signals,which real -timely measures the elementary power parameters,such as three -phase voltage,current,power,power factor,harmonics,etc.,monitors power system status and records fault transient waveforms. Its hardware structure is presented,which is composed of TMS320F2812,CPLD,AD and USB port. Its software flowcharts are given,including main program and USB driver. Its main functions are explained. The experimental results show that the developed unit meets the requirements of high -frequency transient data acquisition and recording.
